Your Team

The SaaS Technical Factory team is responsible for building and delivering the technical platform and services required to deploy, operate, and monitor the Murex SaaS in a scalable, secure, and cost-effective manner. Our mission is to translate business needsinto technical solutionsleveragingrelevant technologies, and ensure all technical engagementsare delivered on time, budget, and quality throughout the lifecycle of our SaaS clients.

Your Role

As a Product Owner in SAAS you will contribute to the continuous evolution and improvement of our technical services. You will manage a backlog of incoming requestsincluding the feedback from production, collaborate with different stakeholders and subject matter experts to groom and prioritize the backlog, plan the executionstrategy,secure the required execution staffing, and follow-up the execution until delivery.

Responsible for writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all

Determine the order in which the backlog items should be tackled based on business value, dependencies, and stakeholder needs

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements

Act as the primary communicator between stakeholders and the experts, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and priorities

Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the priorities and the requirements of the backlog items

Understand the team’s capacity for upcoming sprints, taking into account vacations, training, and other commitments

Attend sprint reviews to provide feedback on the product increments and ensure that they meet the acceptance criteria

Review and accept or reject completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards and delivers value

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.(BAC+5)
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
  • 7 to 10 years of overall work experience, including at least 3 to 4 years in a relevant role such as Product Owner or Product Manager within the software or banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, including experience with technical infrastructure on private and public clouds, security measures, and IT Service Management (ITSM) is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of product and technical project management methodologies, knowledge of Agile methodology, is a plus.
  • Experience working with Murex software, specifically in technical troubleshooting, system monitoring, deployment, upgrades, automation of End-of-Day (EOD) processes, and system integration, is a plus.
  • Understanding of major incident management, change management, corrective maintenance, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Release Management processes, including experience with CI / CD pipelines, release automation tools, and documentation such as release notes and demos.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
