Coins.ph is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist in France to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement across critical journeys such as registration, KYC, deposits, and trading.

You will develop segmentation models and implement targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement, while conducting data-driven tests to uncover growth opportunities. Localization experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
• Familiar with growth methodologies such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel optimization.
• FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
• Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through dataFamiliar with growth methodologies such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization
• Strong logical thinking, execution capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Prior experience in FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services is preferred
