Your Mission

  • Conduct in-depth market research, opportunity assessments, and competitive analyses for the assigned European countries; formulate and execute localized product and business strategies to drive growth. Oversee product and pricing management for the responsible markets.
  • Identify key user scenarios and clarify regional product requirements; collaborate effectively with R&D teams to deliver competitive, market-oriented solutions.
  • Take full ownership of product-related market operations management in designated European countries, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy and local market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of market research and marketing strategy; strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to develop comprehensive product portfolio solutions.
  • Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese (spoken and written); capable of using all three languages in a professional working environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, organizational, and coordination skills; quick learner with high adaptability.
  • Candidates with experience in Project IP & Software Product within the security industry are preferred.
  • Based in France, with frequent business travel across Europe required.
