NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced professional to further develop the security technology pillar across NXP’s broad portfolio of microcontrollers, applications processors, and networking controllers.

As product marketing, you will play a leading role in driving security at the Edge for IoT/Industrial applications, developing a vision of edge processing security that creates value for customers. You will support equipment manufacturers and system integrators in meeting cybersecurity regulations, protecting AI/ML applications, and building resilience in a dynamic cyber landscape.

This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams, including product managers, R&D, CTO, system engineering, marketing, customer support, sales, and business development. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and structuring security requirements across market segments, including IC, software, services, and tools.
• Supporting R&D and CTO in defining scalable security platform roadmaps.
• Assisting product managers in specifying security features, selecting appropriate platforms, and developing business cases.
• Defining security offerings at the system level, working with stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Expanding NXP's security ecosystem and developing strategic partnerships.
• Developing product security roadmaps and security innovations for NXP's MCU/MPU portfolio.
• Driving competitive analysis and positioning.
• Supporting sales and marketing in customer engagements.
• Creating marketing materials and web content related to security offerings.
• Executing marketing plans, participating in conferences, creating blogs, webinars, speeches, press releases, and events to enhance NXP's leadership in security.

Candidate Profile: Essential Skills & Experience

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years in Marketing, Product Management, and Business Development.
• Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, microcontrollers, microprocessors, and security technology for embedded systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Ability to engage with customers and partners at all levels.
• Fluent in English.
• Desire to learn, grow, and impact the field.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player capable of working across geographies and functions.
