The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the dynamic team and help drive the growth of their advanced display product lines. You will act as the bridge between the engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams, ensuring the technology reaches the right markets with the right message.

You’ll be responsible for defining market strategies, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring successful launches that align with overall business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent commercial instincts, and a passion for market innovation.

Top 5 Essential Requirements :

  • Proven track record in Product Marketing (minimum 5 to 7 years, ideally 10+)
  • Solid technical background in Semiconductors or Embedded Systems
  • Customer facing, market-orientated mindset with strong communication skills
  • English and French language skills
  • Must be EU citizen

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our product portfolio and identify features and benefits that resonate with target customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and impactful go-to-market plans.
  • Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform product positioning.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap in partnership with product and engineering teams.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that boost awareness and adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market presence.
  • Develop clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer visits, and partner meetings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key ecosystem partners.
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of product marketing experience within technology-driven industries, preferably in semiconductors, electronics, or optical systems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B markets, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proven ability to transform complex technical concepts into compelling market messages.
  • Experience analysing data to guide decision-making and measure campaign success.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong team player with cross-departmental collaboration experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and solving complex challenges.
