Job summary

Euronext Securities is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Assets - CSD & Settlement to lead product workstreams for tokenised securities. Based in Paris or London, you will own the roadmap for issuance, custody, settlement and lifecycle events, coordinating with Legal, Risk and Operations to ensure regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a CSD/ICSD or custodian, deep settlement knowledge, and experience shaping cross‑CSD initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years in a CSD/ICSD or custodian in settlement or asset servicing.
Deep knowledge of securities settlement and lifecycle from issuance to corporate actions.
Experience owning a roadmap or backlog and working with multiple stakeholders.
Exposure to cross-CSD links and settlement messaging standards.

Responsibilities

Design digital-asset products and operating models for issuance, custody, settlement and lifecycle events.
Define how CSD issuance and settlement work for tokens, including on-chain reconciliation with CSD books.
Define settlement workflows, including matching, DVP, reconciliation and exception handling.
Define asset servicing for tokenised securities and how custodians receive and reconcile it.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations for regulatory readiness under CSDR and DLT regimes.
Own a product workstream backlog and drive it from concept to launch, aligning with the CPO.
