Job summary

Fairly Made in Paris is seeking a Product Manager to own the supplier experience and traceability scope, collaborating with the Tech Lead to ship impactful features for brands and their suppliers.

You will define the product scope, prioritize ruthlessly, and build the roadmap with clear specs. You’ll work cross-functionally with tech, design, care, sales, and marketing to drive real-world sustainability outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, ideally on a B2B SaaS product.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make clear trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse profiles.
• Strong command of product best practices: specs, roadmap, design trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product scope in tandem with the Tech Lead: analyze, improve, add or remove features based on user feedback, data and impact.
• Prioritize relentlessly: ensure the team works on the right topics aligned with vision and impact.
• Build and run the roadmap: write clear specs so the dev team has what it needs.
• Co-own delivery with the Tech Lead: set milestones, manage risks and dependencies, keep stakeholders informed.
• Run team rituals: dailies, QA and retros.
• Drive go-to-market with the Care team: launch planning and feedback loop with users.
• Be the product’s Swiss army knife: collaborate with tech, design, care, sales, marketing.
