Position :

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build a launchpad and tokenisation platform.

You will build the vision and the product roadmap of the product with the Chief Product Officer.

In this role, you will:

• Own product development from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with 5 engineering teams, 1 product designer, and other teams to develop and steer the product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
• Build a community around your product

+ Possible evolution towards a Head of Product role.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, math, or business
• 3+ years of direct experience in the design and implementation of Web3 products
• 6+ years of experience in the product field
• Hands-on experience with concepts, products, and services driving Web3, focusing on DeFi, including coin generation events, tokenomics, decentralization, wallets, bridges, cryptography, DEXes, identity management, fraud management, and regulatory compliance
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication and a track record influencing technical and non-technical staff
