Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business strategy.
• Translate technical and scientific challenges into clear product requirements and value propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement and feedback collection.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out.
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvement using key success metrics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, especially in regulated sectors.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with product management concepts and best practices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technical development in high-tech or scientific environments.
• Familiarity with X-ray diffraction, X-ray scattering, or related analytical techniques.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with agile development is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Grenoble, France.
