As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the digital roadmap for products used by millions of global users. The role involves customer research, market analysis, and managing the product backlog to ensure successful, timely product delivery. Accountabilities :

  • Align product development goals with company OKRs, ensuring that product initiatives contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Lead customer research and analysis efforts to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and use insights to build compelling business cases for new products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as marketing and delivery managers to coordinate dependencies and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track key performance metrics for your products, adjusting strategies based on customer feedback and performance data.
  • Mentor and train team members in product management best practices and foster a collaborative environment for innovation.

Requirements

  • Based in the European Union, preferably in a similar timezone for seamless collaboration.
  • Proven experience in data-driven product decisions, backed by user research and experimentation.
  • Strong background in user-centered design principles and iterative product improvement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in dynamic and distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with goal-setting frameworks like OKRs and tracking product performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain product strategies and performance data effectively.
  • Experience in achieving product-market fit in emerging markets is a plus.
  • A degree or Master's in Business, Product, or Technology-related discipline is preferred.
