Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to play a key role in managing and developing our products. Responsibilities include defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and coordinating teams to develop products that meet customer needs and align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management: Define and implement the long-term product strategy based on market needs and company goals.
2. Planning and Roadmap: Develop product roadmaps and prioritize development tasks considering user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, marketing, sales) and external stakeholders to ensure product quality and consistency.
4. Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback from users, customers, and internal teams to enhance existing features and prioritize new initiatives.
5. Agile Project Management: Manage projects using agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), write User Stories, define acceptance criteria, and track progress.
6. Product Launch: Plan and execute new product or feature launches in collaboration with marketing and communication teams.
7. KPI Tracking: Measure product performance using KPIs, propose improvements, and monitor progress to meet targets.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Strong skills in product management with the ability to define clear product visions and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing product KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Proficiency in English is a plus, depending on company needs.

Additional Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in specific industry or technology (to be specified).
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
