As part of the Pharma team, you will coordinate sales activities and product range management at the national level to contribute to the achievement of the company's sales targets.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure the development of existing product ranges by maintaining regular and effective contact with suppliers and customers;
• Strengthen supplier relationships to add value to the product range you will be responsible for;
• Be proactive in seeking out new suppliers and products to meet customer needs and enhance market competitiveness;
• Grow gross margin through effective negotiation with suppliers and customers, and develop sales strategies aligned with market prices;
• Manage inventory policies in line with company objectives and customer expectations;
• Develop sales materials and catalogs;
• Promote the visibility of our product ranges on various digital media;
• Support sales and technical teams in developing sales;
• Ensure that information from suppliers and the sales network is updated, processed, and analyzed.

Profile :

• Ideally, hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy;
• Have at least two years of experience in a similar role or in the chemical ingredients distribution sector;
• Knowledge of SAP software;
• Experience working in international matrix environments;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Highly motivated, curious, enthusiastic, and proactive;
• Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, quick learner.
