Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la santé animale recherche un(e) Product Manager pour son équipe Ecat-iD. Le candidat(e) sera responsable de la recherche de solutions innovantes, de l'évolution des produits et de la conformité aux standards de sécurité. Ce rôle exige au moins 5 ans d'expérience et des compétences en conception mécanique dans un environnement industriel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet ou produit.
• Expérience dans un environnement industriel recommandée.
• Intérêt pour la conception et industrialisation.

Responsabilités

• Recherche et proposition de solutions globales pour standardiser les équipements.
• Responsable de l'évolution continue de la gamme de produits.
• Contribuer à la conception des produits et établir les procédures d'élaboration.

Formation

Your missions :

As a member of the Ceva Ecat-iD Campus Product Manager team, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and proposing global solutions to meet the company's strategy of standardizing equipment and processes,
• Taking charge of the continuous evolution of the product range, ensuring its improvement and alignment with the company's objectives,
• Contributing to product design by establishing manufacturing procedures before and during product development, and drawing up associated specifications,
• Identifying needs, contacting suppliers for advice or technical choices, carrying out technology watch, and gathering additional information when necessary,
• Analyzing the relevance of integrating innovations and new features for the monitored machine portfolio,
• Working in compliance with standards, safety instructions, animal welfare considerations, and user safety.

Your profile :

• Engineering degree or equivalent higher education,
• Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience, ideally in project or product management in an industrial environment,
• Strong mechanical design skills, with basic knowledge of electricity and automation,
• Experience in the field of special machines or industrial equipment,
• Strong interest in design, with proven experience in industrialization,
• Good knowledge of industrial products, with the ability to answer technical questions about machines,
• Fluency in English, particularly to explain machine operation in an international context,
• Sense of service, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
