Product Manager Identité (F/N/M)

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Identity team, based in Paris, and actively participate in improving the experience of leboncoin user accounts and profiles.

You will join the Identity team to form a duo with the Engineering Manager. The team consists of backend, iOS, Android, and Web developers, as well as a QAA, UX, and data analyst.

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing features related to user account management, profiles, and preferences. You will work closely with technical, design, and legal teams to provide a smooth, personalized user experience that complies with regulations.

The scope of the Identity team :

• Data and lifecycle of individual and professional user accounts.

• User preferences

• Profiles and associated information (photo, description, badges, ...)

• Ratings and comments between users

• Reporting of listings, profiles, and comments

Your missions :

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Conducting product discovery activities in collaboration with UX to understand user needs, expectations, and problems.

• Working closely with the Head of Product, UX, and other team members to prioritize product developments, in line with the issues defined upstream by the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

• Managing the quarterly product roadmap from definition to execution.

• Communicating daily with the development team to ensure mutual understanding of needs and efficient implementation of features.

• Defining each product evolution in the form of clear, concise, and user-oriented User Stories, prioritizing them within the Product Backlog, and ensuring their follow-up.

• Collaborating with other internal and external teams to synchronize different stakeholders and ensure consistency of development efforts.

• Delivering value to users by developing new features but also improving existing ones.

• Regularly communicating on the progress of product realization and sharing the roadmap of upcoming sprints with the team and relevant stakeholders.

• Monitoring key metrics and continuously optimizing the product with a data-driven approach.

• Leading the Feature Team by encouraging collaboration, creativity, and innovation, with the support of the Engineering Manager.

• Conducting competitive and technological intelligence to propose innovative features that comply with regulations (GDPR, data privacy, etc.).

Your profile :

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to understand user and stakeholder needs while simultaneously discussing technical and complex aspects with the team

• Good product sense, creativity, and ability to challenge the status quo

• Experience in a multicultural environment is also a plus

• You are data-driven and have experience with various experimentation methodologies and data tools

• You have a sense of commitment and are results-oriented, with proactivity in problem-solving

• Fluent English (international environment)
