Job Description:

We are looking for 1 consultant (e) Product Manager HR & Success Factor & Talent acquisition.

Note: French language is not required.

Context:

This program focuses on the implementation of Phénom, an HR tool for talent acquisition.

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager specializing in “talent acquisition”.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering business capability solutions
  • Implementing the Phenom system
  • Recommending optimal solutions
  • Managing budgets and ensuring compliance
  • Estimating work and managing resources accordingly
  • Challenging and coordinating with diverse teams
  • Managing a technical team member

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including HR
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes
  • Mastery of SuccessFactors
  • IT and technical background
  • Comfortable with interfaces and technology

Work will be onsite in Paris 3 days a week, with flexibility for the right candidate. A valid work visa for France is required.

Team:

The candidate will be part of a team of 4, including one dedicated to SuccessFactors and editing full-time.
