Title: Product Manager | High Content Screening (HCS)
The Product Manager for HCS is a global role responsible for innovation and growth of our cellular imaging business. Leads the strategy and roadmap for our market leading HCS product portfolio, including definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Drives the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Consolidates broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions. Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance the in vivo software portfolio and the overall in vivo portfolio. Leads new product definition and business plans within cellular imaging product management team and joint departments.
The candidate should be a dynamic thinker, have demonstrated ability to translate business goals into well-defined performance plans and projects for his / her organization and cross-functional partners, be results driven and shown urgency for achieving goals. Track record for success in product management or sales in the HCS market.
