Dalma is seeking a Product Manager to join our product team in Paris. You will lead end-to-end projects, shaping user experience across scopes and collaborating closely with a small, high-performing squad including a PM Lead and a Product Designer.

You will own discovery and delivery phases for features, measure impact, and align with business goals in a fast-growing pet-insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
• Ability to scope a problem, talk to users, write clear specs and work with engineers to ship it.
• Understanding that great products drive business metrics and you track data.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end projects: ownership of discovery and delivery from ideation to release.
• Drive business impact by shipping features that move the needle (acquisition or retention).
• Collaborate with Dalma stakeholders and work with Product Designer and Engineering team.
