Description du poste

Role: Lead growth and innovation for ENVEA's gas analysers in the High Level Trace segment.

Responsibilities: Manage product lifecycle, P&L, sales/marketing strategies, and product roadmap.

Skills: Product management, market analysis, emissions expertise, and tools like SAGE and Salesforce.

Qualifications: Technical degree, global team experience, fluency in English (German/French a plus).

Location: Poissy, France, with 15% international travel.

Role Overview:

The Product Manager - Gas Analysis / High Level Trace will drive the growth of ENVEA's gas analysers' business in the High Level Trace segment, while expanding the product portfolio to maintain the company's leadership in the environmental technology market. You will manage the product lifecycle, ensure alignment with market trends, and collaborate with various teams to bring innovative, eco-friendly solutions to market. This role is essential to maintaining ENVEA's competitive advantage and supporting its sustainability mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Support:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing.

  • Support sales projects with:
  • Global product introductions.
  • Product training for sales and service teams.
  • Presentations at customer seminars and distributor conferences.
  • Tradeshow, sales meeting, and in-field interaction support.
  • Product selection for complex applications.
  • Communication of R&D developments and forecasting support.

Business Performance & P&L Accountability:

Own and manage the P&L.

  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Track profitability, manage pricing, and optimize product offerings.

Identify case studies and create promotional content:

  • Lead and support product launches.
  • Develop a global, regional, and local marketing support calendar.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle.

  • Manage tasks such as:
  • Updating datasheets and manuals.
  • Setting pricing and ensuring profitability.
  • Managing certifications and obsolescence issues.
  • Maintaining product data in systems like SAGE and Salesforce.

Create and maintain a product roadmap:

  • Prioritise features based on market research and feedback.

Gathering insights from stakeholders:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Leading innovation efforts and beta tests.
  • Developing business plans and managing partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor competition and anticipate regulatory changes.
  • Use analytics to track product performance and improve satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience in managing products from concept to launch.
  • Knowledge of high-level trace gas analysis technologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAGE, MS Office, and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.

Travel:

  • Based on-site in Poissy, Île-de-France, France.
  • Regular international travel (15%) to engage with customers and support initiatives.
