Mirakl is seeking a senior product manager to own the end-to-end Order & Dropship roadmap for our marketplace platform, working across Paris or Bordeaux offices in a hybrid setup. You will drive dropship replatforming for major US accounts and own delivery experience initiatives with automated workflows and carrier-rate optimization.

• 6–9 years of experience in product management with full autonomy over roadmaps and backlogs.
• Proven track record in order management, ecommerce, or marketplaces.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship is a strong plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end-to-end with a clear 6‑month roadmap and 12‑month horizon.
• Lead the Dropship replatforming for strategic US accounts delivering Shipping Labels and SCAC Codes as foundational infrastructure.
• Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap: automate workflows, improve shipment visibility, and enable competitive carrier rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing to align on market signals and bring features to market.
• Actively contribute to Mirakl’s PM community by championing AI-powered methods and tools.

1. The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our Fulfillment Product team. The current squad consists of 7 people based in Paris and Bordeaux. Together, you’ll be shaping and delivering the core fulfillment experience for Mirakl's marketplace platform — from order routing to last‑mile delivery innovation.

This role is a fixed-term position for 12 months (open to freelance), which requires to be based 4 days a week in our Paris or Bordeaux Office.

2. Your Impact

1. Own the roadmap and backlog for the Order & Dropship pillar end-to-end: prioritize ruthlessly, groom one quarter ahead, and maintain a clear 6-month roadmap with a 12-month innovation horizon ;
2. Lead the Dropship replatforming of strategic US accounts delivering key capabilities including Shipping Labels (paid feature) and SCAC Codes as foundational infrastructure for carrier tracking ;
3. Drive the Delivery Experience roadmap : automating workflows, improving shipment visibility, unlocking access to competitive carrier rates, and delivering warehouse-level delivery promise features ;
4. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to capture market signals, align on priorities, and bring new features successfully to market ;

Actively contribute to Mirakl’s PM community by championing AI-powered methods and tools ;

3. What you’ll bring to the role

Experience:

• 6–9 years of experience in product management, with full autonomy on roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Proven track record in order management, e‑commerce, or marketplace environments
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or dropship is a strong plus
• Background in B2B SaaS is a plus

Skills:

• Ability to make tough prioritization calls and say no when needed
• Strong product vision with a genuine drive to innovate on your scope
• Hands‑on approach to AI: not just curious, but eager to ship AI-powered solutions in production
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Fluency in French and English to operate effectively across global teams
