What you’ll do & Who you are

Description du poste :

Ton rôle sera de contribuer au développement de l’expérience e-commerce sur leboncoin.

En tant que Product Manager de la squad CG Funnels du Crew Consumer Goods tu seras notamment chargé(e) de :

1. Etre moteur de la définition de la stratégie produit de cette équipe, dont le périmètre est axé autour de la gestion de la conversion du parcours de vente et de la livraison.
2. Porter la stratégie court et moyen terme de ton produit au sein de l’équipe mais aussi auprès des autres Product Managers et des stakeholders principaux (business, légal, service client, data...)
3. Etre le point de contact opérationnel de nos partenaires de livraison
4. Développer la connaissance utilisateur en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’UX Designer de ton équipe
5. Délivrer de la valeur aux utilisateurs en développant de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur le produit
6. Prioriser les évolutions de ton produit, en synchronisation avec les autres PM, en accord avec les enjeux produits et business.
7. Définir chaque évolution produit sous forme de User Story, les prioriser au sein de ton Product Backlog, et en assurer le suivi
8. Définir la roadmap trimestrielle et communiquer sur son avancement auprès du management et des stakeholders
9. Etre responsable de tes KPIs et proactif dans leur analyse afin de mesurer l’impact des évolutions sur ton produit
10. En binôme avec l’Engineering manager, animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire, encourager l'esprit d'équipe et t’assurer que tout le monde travaille bien ensemble pour répondre à la mission de l’équipe

Qualifications:

Ce que nous attendons pour ce poste:

1. Tu as une expérience d'au minimum 4-5 ans en tant que Product Manager
2. Tu as une expérience en e-commerce ou dans un environnement marketplace
3. Tu es doté d’un bon relationnel
4. Tu es data-driven
5. Tu es autonome, rigoureux, and capable de communiquer aisément avec tous types de stakeholders
6. Tu comprends comment le business et le produit travaillent ensemble
7. Tu as un niveau d’anglais professionnel.
