Mistral.ai is seeking a Product Manager for the Context team to define and build how AI agents access context, data, tools, platforms, and environments to deliver scalable solutions. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, research, design and business to align stakeholders and drive execution from concept to launch, shaping enterprise interactions with AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management for enterprise software or AI-focused products.
• Experience bridging engineering, research, and business to deliver end-to-end products.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for the Context & Search platform.
• Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs and trends in enterprise AI.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch with a user-centric approach.
• Collaborate with design and research to create intuitive experiences refined by data.
• Drive go-to-market efforts including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies.
• Align engineering, design, and business around priorities, trade-offs and timelines.
• Maintain a dynamic roadmap delivering quick wins and long-term bets.
