Mistral.ai is seeking a Product Manager for the Context team to define and build how AI agents access context, data, tools, platforms, and environments to deliver scalable solutions. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, research, design and business to align stakeholders and drive execution from concept to launch, shaping enterprise interactions with AI and automation.

The Role

As a Product Manager on the Context team, you will define and build the foundation for how AI agents access, interact with, and leverage context, data, tools, platforms, and environments, to deliver powerful, scalable solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between cutting‑edge AI capabilities and real‑world usability, ensuring our agents are both capable and seamlessly integrated into Mistral's broader product ecosystem.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, research, design, and business, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving execution from concept to launch. The impact of your work will shape how users and enterprises interact with AI, unlocking new possibilities for automation, intelligence, and efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for our Context & Search platform, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.

• Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in enterprise AI.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, balancing speed, quality, and user‑centric design.

• Collaborate with design and research teams to create intuitive, high‑impact user experiences, iteratively refined by data and feedback.

• Drive go-to-market efforts, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies, in partnership with marketing and sales.

• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade‑offs, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.

• Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long‑term strategic bets.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands‑on Product Management experience, preferably with a focus on Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Data platforms, MCP/Connectors, Search, Ontology and semantic layers in B2B/Enterprise environments.

• Strong technical fluency to navigate trade‑offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• A relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.

• Proven ability to align and inspire cross‑functional teams - engineering, design, and go‑to‑market - without direct authority.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, teams, and users.

• Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.

• Low ego, high EQ, and a collaborative mindset to build trust and drive decisions through clarity.
