The mission of the Seeker domain at Aviv is to make finding your home a joyful process. We accomplish that by building a multi-brand, multi-market platform across web and app that guides seekers effortlessly to their happy place. We are structured into Pillars to reflect the customer journey (Attract, Connect, Retain). Each pillar has 4-5 impact teams focused on solving a specific set of customer problems. This role reports into the Director of Product of the Connect Pillar.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN :

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the contacting experience for Seekers. You will focus on creating and enhancing experiences that drive user conversion, ensuring that Seekers are able to unlock their perfect place.

Role
  1. Leverage your commercial acumen and product skills to seamlessly connect our Seekers to their perfect place and further our growth;
  2. Lead high-impact conversion optimization initiatives, partner closely with many teams across Aviv and drive measurable business impact;
  3. Bring new contacting / lead generation experiences and initiatives to market. Scope these to their smallest coherent state to test / ship as early as you can;
  4. Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in testing and after full release;
  5. Define and own the roadmap, align it with Aviv’s strategy, OKRs and targets;
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze core KPI adjusting to balance company revenue, B2C user engagement and B2B customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS :

  1. 3+ years of Product Management experience in high-traffic B2C products;
  2. Ability to seamlessly go into detail about an idea with engineers, context switch to explain the overall idea to a stakeholder, and then context switch again to explain the priority / sequencing of the idea to senior management;
  3. Desire to be in a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You need to be comfortable with both getting your hands dirty as well as driving cross-team initiatives while having a strong sense of stakeholder management;
  4. Entrepreneurial, fast and highly motivated; you don’t need too much direction;
  5. Commercial-mindset, understand business levers and are outcome-oriented; aside from being data-driven and analytical;
  6. English fluent (C2 or native).
