Youll achieve

As Product Manager for Clinical Processes you are a subject matter expert for organizing and managing products for various clinical domains with specific focus on general inpatient and outpatient treatment.

You will work closely together with other product managers. The focus lies in creating software for care providers so they can end their duty every day with a peace of mind, confident that care providers have their patients’ situation well understood and ensured best practices with zero incidents.

Your role will be supporting care providers with a coherent seamless way of navigating the process thereby increasing patient safety, usability and customer satisfaction. Examples include assessments, questionnaires or result documentation for Neurosurgery.

You will manage the products in the value stream with a strong business perspective and create value for our customers and Dedalus by successfully developing and launching new functionalities to the markets while keeping balance with our existing customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content
  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
  • Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBUs
  • Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams including leading business analyst
  • Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
  • Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services and management
  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Motivate, guide and support your peers throughout the organization
Essential Requirements
  • University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science or Engineering, or equivalent program, or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g., experienced nurse or doctor)
  • 2 to 5 years of expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support, or 5 to 10 years in hospital environment with strong affinity to IT topics
  • Market knowledge in healthcare IT, especially in clinical processes
  • Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
  • Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
Desirable Requirements
  • Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
