Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technically complex environments.
• Mandatory blockchain experience with understanding of ecosystem challenges.
• Strong analytical, data-driven thinking and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with external partners.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to product quality.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to product management.
• Structured, process-oriented, with strong prioritization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own execution quality across the aggregation product, defining performance standards and developing metrics and monitoring processes.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems, from opportunity identification to launch.
• Collaborate with the technical lead to translate business needs into clear specs and engineering tickets.
• Monitor API behavior and transaction outcomes to detect anomalies and address issues proactively.
• Build relationships with external partners, including decentralized exchanges and liquidity providers.
• Work cross-functionally with business development, QA, and data teams to align priorities and drive improvements.
• Analyze product performance data to identify trends and translate insights into decisions.
• Take ownership of initiatives from discovery to delivery with high execution standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning.
