As Account Director, you are responsible for maintaining the relationship with a fixed group of customers. You are the first point of contact when it comes to questions, price and feasibility of research. You ensure that proposals are delivered correctly and on time and you meet your clients on a regular basis.
It is necessary to build a good relationship with your customers, to provide the highest level of service, to exceed expectations and to have an eye for opportunities in the market. You are aware of the turnover target that has to be met.
Together with your direct manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve these sales targets. We provide the right training under the guidance of the Sales Directors and Senior Account Directors.
Furthermore, you must have knowledge of Dynata's complete product portfolio and communicate this clearly to others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement a sales strategy and achieve your annual turnover target.
- Ensure the development and expansion of your customer relationships by closing deals, up- and cross-selling, and managing customer expectations.
- Contact your customers to determine their needs, follow up on proposals, or present new products, while also establishing contacts with new connections.
- Take care of correct reporting in the CRM system and set targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Act as the point of contact for solving possible problems for the customer and collaborate with project managers.
- Attend important events to acquire market knowledge and expand your network.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience with demonstrated success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
