What is Closd?

Closd offers both a data room solution and a legal operations management platform. The company was acquired by LexisNexis, France's leading provider of legal information and data. Drawing on its century-old editorial expertise and mastery of technologies such as artificial intelligence (generative AI, machine learning, NLP, etc.), we design, in collaboration with our customers and in an agile manner, benchmark solutions like Lexis+ and Lexis Poly.

The Product Manager will own a product area and lead project execution. They will own the development plan, represent their feature within the PM team, and have an internal network across product domains. The individual should have a solid understanding of customer needs and target markets. They will represent customer needs to the delivery team and support/demo key stakeholders at program milestones.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Focus
  • Interact with customers to gather requirements and understand key needs and market basics.
  • Use customer frameworks (e.g., Jobs To Be Done, personas).
  • Focus on delivering commitments to customers.
  • Stay updated on news, incidents, and market/competitor activities.
  1. Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis
  • Analyze situations and data autonomously.
  • Review dashboards to inform decisions.
  • Evaluate options and recommend actions considering business implications.
  1. Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle
  • Execute go-to-market plans as needed.
  • Work with sales and other internal partners to assess market needs.
  • Train and educate sales and other teams.
  • Contribute to marketing materials and address customer feedback.
  • Engage with customers directly at events.
  1. Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle
  • Lead execution of product roadmaps for specific features.
  • Improve customer experience through understanding drivers.
  • Coordinate activities and ensure quality using development tools and methodologies.
  • Define and prioritize requirements and analyze to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in process improvements.
  1. Strategy & Commercial Acumen
  • Contribute to product strategy development and execution.
  • Align personal goals with product and business strategies.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Understand the company's technology stack relevant to their area.
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Balsamiq, Tableau, Python, SQL.
  • Understand relevant architecture and engage developers on constraints.
