Why do we need you

  • Join us as a Product Manager and become part of a highly product-oriented development team with efficient delivery processes and minimal technical debt.
  • You will collaborate directly with Eloïse Head of Product and work alongside Alexandra (Product Designer) Doga (Product Manager) and Lucie (Product Content Manager) and the tech team to drive our product vision forward.
Responsibilities

Product discovery :

  • User research: Dive deep into understanding user challenges and needs through direct feedback (users, customers, practitioners) and indirect feedback (internal teams).
  • Qualitative & quantitative analysis: Collaborate with a product designer and data analyst to strengthen your understandings and hypotheses.
  • Solution proposals: Collaborate with the product designer and software engineers to craft solution proposals that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
  • Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks by understanding user problems and aligning them with objectives in coordination with the product and development teams.

Product delivery :

  • Collaboration: Partner with the development team to ensure efficient delivery and impact of each product iteration.
  • Task management: Oversee task division prioritization during development and functionality testing.>

Communication and impact measurement :

  • Provide visibility to stakeholders on your initiatives in progress and your roadmap.
  • Ensure your releases are well communicated and provide impact through sales training in-product communication and collaboration with the product marketing team.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives post-launch and derive valuable insights to drive continuous improvement for yourself and the team.

You’re the ideal person if :

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • A background as a Product Owner, Designer or Developer will also be considered if you have demonstrated a strong affinity for the Product Manager role.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and expertise in discovery, delivery, design and technical concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Humble, open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. You are driven by curiosity and empathy and are articulate in both written and verbal communication.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and/or a strong understanding of HR needs is a valuable plus.

Salary

54200 - 59200 a year. Package between 54 200 euros and 59 200 euros (gross annual salary may depend on your positioning within our internal level grid).
