Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketplace team and take a leading role in shaping our digital platform. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of one of our key business units, working closely with a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle : from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Be the go-to person for your product area, deeply understanding user and business needs.
• Prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in collaboration with tech and business stakeholders.
• Lead user research and gather feedback from both qualitative and quantitative sources.
• Translate insights into clear product specs, wireframes, and documentation.
• Partner with the development team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
• Coordinate product releases and support go-live processes.
• Ensure alignment between your squad and the business goals of the units you support.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills and the ability to identify and prioritize user needs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or product squads.
• Good understanding of UX / UI design principles and user research techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum + Kanban).
• Proactive mindset, always willing to help others and solve cross-team challenges.

Bonus Points

• Background in software development or technical knowledge.
• Experience in automotive, startups, or marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Lean methodology and Kaizen philosophy.
• Fluency in French and English.
