Role description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the identification of customer needs and broader business objectives. You will manage internal activities to ensure our products and services remain competitive, innovative, and valuable.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, maintain, and adjust product-line strategies and production schedules.
  2. Analyze market and competition data to inform new product features based on research insights.
  3. Build business cases for new products/services, oversee their development, and monitor implementation to ensure continuous improvements. Prioritize features and capabilities accordingly.
  4. Support marketing, business development, engineering, and support teams as SME during presale and launch phases.
  5. Track product usage and assess impact on end users.
  6. Collaborate closely with CEO, COO, and PMO.
  7. Present products and services, emphasizing their competitiveness and supporting the company's innovative image externally.
  8. Prioritize investments into product and service development by building compelling business cases for high-ROI initiatives.
  9. Represent the business at trade shows and conferences as SME.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Transformation Manager in Pharma agencies.
  2. Proven success in defining and launching products that meet or exceed business objectives.
  3. Marketing background is a plus.
  4. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  5. Subject matter expertise in Pharma markets, familiar with Digital Content Delivery, Omnichannel campaigns, and modular approaches.
