We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Channel team in Amex GBTs evolution as a B2B travel platform. Our team owns upholding GBTs longstanding legacy as a reputable service company by building best in class software to provide digital-first experiences. You will play a key role collaborating with diverse teams to build seamless user experiences that deliver value and trust for our corporate travel customers! This role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a global group of travel enthusiasts and technologists who are committed to help companies provide the best travel program.

What youll do :

  • Be the expert for your products combining industry analysis client and traveler feedback and development knowledge to set the near-term product roadmap and help craft long-term strategy
  • Analyze customer behavior and data from across the organization to derive insights and set prioritization
  • Partner with design and engineering to develop deploy measure and improve the performance of your products
  • Launch new products by collaborating with customer success and product marketing on requirements and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and ensure a unified end-to-end solution
  • Be vigilant for opportunities to drive simplification in the face of complexity and customization

What were looking for :

  • 5 years as a product manager; prior experience in B2B or travel industry a plus
  • An effective communicator who can simplify explain and present complex topics in a compelling and influential way
  • An enthusiastic self starter who uses data to drive insights and obsesses over delivering outstanding user experiences
  • An executor who possesses the duality to be both tactical and visionary and the willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A dedication to self development and continued growth
