Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced gaming & web3 Product Manager to own the growth and monetization strategy for Ultra’s products. You’ll define the roadmap for features that attract players, keep them engaged, and drive ecosystem revenue - working closely with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and tokenomics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy for player acquisition, retention, and monetization across the Ultra platform.
  • Turn insights into features : conduct player research, analyze market trends, and run experiments to validate ideas.
  • Design and launch growth loops : onboarding flows, live events, social features, referral systems, and creator programs.
  • Monetize the ecosystem : shape offers, in-game economies, and storefront experiences (NFT & non-NFT) that deliver real value.
  • Integrate partnerships : translate strategic deals into engaging, revenue-generating features.
  • Work with tokenomics : embed blockchain features like grants, benefits, and governance into compelling player experiences.
  • Lead go-to-market for new releases, coordinating with marketing, community, and business development.
  • Measure and iterate : define KPIs, instrument analytics, run A / B tests, and refine the roadmap based on results.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Management experience in gaming (4+ years) with a track record in growth and live-ops.
  • Hands-on web3 experience : blockchain integrations, NFT products, tokenomics, or similar.
  • Success in designing and delivering features that improved acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong understanding of player engagement, in-game economies, and community-building.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics & experimentation tools.
  • Skilled collaborator across engineering, design, marketing, community, and partnerships.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketplace products or digital storefronts.
  • Familiarity with both web2 and web3 game publishing models.
  • Understanding of governance / voting mechanics in web3 ecosystems.
