Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Product Manager pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing de produits pharmaceutiques. Vous serez responsable de la gestion du cycle de vie des produits, de la planification stratégique aux activités tactiques, tout en assurant une collaboration efficace entre les départements. Ce poste exige un niveau Bac + 4/5 en sciences de la vie, accompagné d'une expérience solide en gestion de produit, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Qualifications

  • Bac + 4 / + 5 niveau requis.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de produit dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Fluency in English required.

Description du poste

In order to strengthen its teams, it is recruiting a :

PRODUCT MANAGER

Mission :

The Marketing Product Manager develops and implements the marketing strategy in order to support the commercial performance of his or her product(s). (S)He manages the lifecycle of the product(s), from strategic planning to tactical activities, being the interface with all departments involved : marketing group, medical affairs, pharmaceutical affairs, sales... (S)He also provides tools to monitor activity. (S)He also acts as a PMO for the Country Manager.

Responsibilities :

Lead, prepare and implement the crossfunctional plans :

  • Prepare and develop the annual marketing plan in coordination with the International Marketing Department : adapt and adjust international campaigns to meet local market needs ;
  • Define the communication strategy for the products in charge, in compliance with regulatory constraints : control advertising, promotion and sales aids ;
  • Propose and provide materials to the sales team according to their needs, in compliance with regulation, legal constraints and internal procedures ;
  • Propose and provide to the sales team with Sales Force Effectiveness tools to monitor effectivness of the activity and easy results follow ups ;
  • Define and implement marketing action plans (press, public relations, professional events).
  • Continuously monitor sales in order to adjust the marketing strategy ;
  • Work closely with the sales force to assess the response and relevance of the promotional materials and ensure it is used optimally ;
  • Ensure an economic, technological and regulatory watch to stay informed of new developments and market trends ;
  • Build productive business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influential customers across the country ;
  • Participate in international exchanges : conference calls, task forces, meetings, seminars, congresses, and report to the Group Departments ;
  • Coordinate the actions of the Marketing and Sales Assistant on the logistics of the events / congresses ;
  • Responsible for the respect of anti-gift law for all events, in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Be the single point of contact for the CRM ;
  • Lead and coordinate the new projects acting as a PMO / Chief of Staff for the Country Head.
  • Design and implement market research and test campaigns, in close collaboration with HQ ;
  • Define objectives (markets, products, promotional tools), methodology (polls, meetings, surveys ...) type of studies to be carried out (quantitative or qualitative). Then analyze and identify opportunities and action to be implemented ;
  • Write specifications and study reports containing recommendations.

Budget management :

  • Ensure projects are in line with the budget and delivered on time ;
  • Control the budget and optimize marketing costs related to the product in order to ensure its profitability ;
  • Prepare the annual budget and the revised quarterly budgets.

Relations with external third parties :

  • Manage relationships with agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time ;
  • Work with local agencies involved in the organization of congresses ;
  • Liaise with societies and associations of healthcare professionals.

Profil

Position requirements :

  • Bac + 4 / + 5 level training : Master in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.) ideally supplemented by a diploma in Marketing and / or Sales ;
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry ;
  • Fluency in oral and written English ;
  • Experience as field representative would be a plus.
