A global healthcare technology leader in Bordeaux, France, is seeking a Product Manager to innovate medical documentation and workflows for a new Labile Blood product. The ideal candidate will have a university degree and 2 to 5 years of product management experience in the software industry. You will drive product evolution and maintain customer relationships while enhancing usability and patient safety.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of expertise in the software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service, or Customer Support.
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation requirements and workflows, particularly related to blood products.
  • Good analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (Scrum).

Responsabilités

What you’ll achieve

As the PRODUCT MANAGER, you will be a subject matter expert for organizing and managing products to build a new Labile Blood product Documentation in our next-generation Product Care4U, working closely with other product managers.

You will support care providers with a coherent, seamless way of navigating the process, thereby increasing patient safety, usability, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the products in the value stream with a strong business perspective and create value for our customers and Dedalus by successfully developing and launching new functionalities to the markets while maintaining existing customer relationships.

You will be in charge of :

  • Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation
  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
  • Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
  • Analysis, prioritization, and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
  • Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers, and development teams, including leading business analysts
  • Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
  • Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
  • Actively manage communication about your product towards customers, services, and management
  • Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization

Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Medicine, Medical Science, or Engineering, or an equivalent program or experience (e.g., experienced nurse)
  • 2 to 5 years of expertise in the software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service, or Customer Support, or 5 to 10 years experience in a hospital environment with strong affinity to IT topics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation requirements and workflows, particularly related to blood products
  • Self-motivated product manager eager to optimize results for our customers
  • Good analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (Scrum)
  • Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
  • Proficient in French and English; German is a plus

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with Dedalus products and solutions is a plus
  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
