Job Title: Product Management Principal Specialist

Summary of the role: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take on a role in the Offer domain, responsible for defining end-to-end solutions for Revenue Management or Dynamic Pricing within the Offer portfolio. The Product Manager will collaborate with other PMs, Product Marketing Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to build a coherent solution.

Responsibilities include understanding market dynamics, articulating requirements, integrating constraints, monitoring competition, and defining a transition plan from current to future states through collaboration with internal stakeholders and airlines. The role involves defining the Product Vision, Roadmap, and transition plan, working with Agile Release Trains to deliver value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful presentations to potential customers, demonstrating the value of Offer products.
  • Work with customers from proof of concept through implementation to ensure adoption and positive perception.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to articulate vision and strategy, translating into achievable plans for Offer Management solutions, including Offer Creation, Pricing, and Optimization.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of customer-centric evolutions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with Product Marketing and sales teams.
  • Participate in industry groups like IATA, advocating for industry transformation.
  • Build sales pipeline in collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Product and Project Management.
  • Subject matter expertise in Revenue Management or Dynamic Pricing.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of product strategy, lifecycle management, business requirements, and agile methodologies.
  • Interest in the Airline Industry (IATA, ATPCo).
  • Fluent in English.
