Are you ready to shape the future of technology and lead the charge in designing the next generation of integrated circuits? Our client, a leader in semiconductor IP solutions, is seeking a Product Development and Marketing Manager to drive the success of their innovative System IP product line.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the CodaCache product line , a vital complement to cutting-edge solutions like FlexNoC, FlexWay, and FlexGen Network on Chip (NoC). You'll engage with some of the most advanced system-on-chip (SoC) designs in automotive, communications, consumer electronics, enterprise IT, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As the Product Management and Marketing Manager, you will :

• Lead Product Strategy : Drive the planning, implementation, and management of the CodaCache product portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Engage Customers : Work closely with leading customers to understand their technical challenges and guide them in leveraging System IP solutions for next-generation designs.
• Define and Promote Products : Shape product roadmaps, create impactful marketing materials, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight technical advantages to both technical audiences and senior executives.
• Drive Adoption : Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to promote product integration, manage pre-sales activities, and represent the product line at industry events.
• Maintain Excellence : Stay on top of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market needs to inform strategies and maintain the product line's competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in SoC / ASIC design, with knowledge of Arm and RISC-V architectures.
• Proven experience in technical product management or marketing, including lifecycle management and P&L accountability.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and ecosystem trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver impactful presentations.
• Collaboration experience with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and ecosystem partners.
