Description du poste

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement product line strategy
  2. Identify key customer / brand targets that fit product’s capabilities
  3. Work with Sales Management to drive and support pipeline development
  4. Engage with customer in support of sales engagements to drive new projects and pipeline
  5. Create differentiated service and selling programs
  6. Leverage advanced product knowledge to help sales initiate customer driven projects
  7. Lead product centered projects as a primary interface both between internal departments, 3rd party providers, and customers as appropriate
  8. Conduct internal and external training on product’s technical / service value proposition
  9. Provide competitive analysis to understand market pricing, strength / weakness vs. competition, and positioning
  10. Recommend product capability enhancements to maintain viability and competitiveness
  11. Provide estimates / feedback on product performance through the budgeting process

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or higher from four-year college or university
  2. Five (5) plus years related experience
  3. Strong business acumen, a customer-facing demeanor, and the ability to balance customer needs with operational efficiency
  4. Financial acumen to understand cost models, market pricing, P&L levers, and margin management
  5. Ability to quickly develop a good sense of market / customer needs and solid knowledge of their products
