Panora is building an AI platform to redefine how insurance brokers work across Europe. You’ll be Panora’s first Product hire, owning the roadmap, shaping the product function from scratch, and ensuring every feature moves us toward a world where brokers are more effective.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of product experience in a B2B SaaS environment with real roadmap ownership.
• Driven end-to-end: discovery → specs → delivery → impact measurement.
• Excellent prioritization and trade-off skills to focus a small team.
• Analytical rigor: decisions based on data.
• Crystal-clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI / automation-driven products.
• Strong appetite for a complex, regulated domain like insurance.
• Comfort with early-stage velocity and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Discovery: interview brokers, map friction points, translate carrier constraints into product decisions.
• Delivery: own roadmap, write specs, scope work with engineers, drive end-to-end delivery.
• Quality: design AI agentic workflows and define what the agent does and how it stays in the loop.
• Internal voice: align sales and ops on what/why, chair weekly product meetings.
• Data & impact: instrument usage, measure activation, retention, feature adoption.
