Panora, backed by Hexa, is building AI-powered insurance tools and seeks a Product Designer to translate real-world insurance workflows into practical interfaces. You will work with brokers, founders, and AI systems to shape knowledge representation and usage inside our product.

You will design UX/UI for software, collaborate across teams, and help craft intuitive, reliable experiences that support compliance and client relationships in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Experience designing UX and UI for software products.
• Expertise with Figma as the primary design tool.
• Ability to explore concepts independently from idea to delivery.
• Ability to translate complex insurance workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Strong visual and interaction design sensibilities.
• Prototyping ideas to communicate nuanced design decisions.

Responsabilités

• Undertake insurance discovery and user research with broker partners.
• Contribute to product strategy, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements and interfaces for an AI-native product.
