This remote role focuses on driving the product vision and collaborating with engineering to launch innovative lending products. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in product development within the crypto space and strong experience with large institutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi.
• Experience working with large institutions, funds, or capital allocators in DeFi or Traditional Finance.
• Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, etc.).
• Proven experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0‑to‑1 products.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills, with a low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset.

Location: Remote - Paris or remote (GMT -5 to +2)

Compensation: $100K - $150K

We are a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol experiencing explosive growth, with over $9 billion in assets supplied on the platform. Backed by major VCs like Ribbit Capital, a16z crypto, and Coinbase Ventures, our mission is to revolutionize lending with an open, efficient, and resilient platform. We are seeking a Product Lead to drive our Prime Products vertical as we establish ourselves as a cornerstone of the new internet‑native financial system.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical, executing it with a world‑class engineering team
• Stakeholder Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our various stakeholders (Curators, Institutions, Pro Users), their needs, and requirements
• Market Intelligence: Deeply understand the wider crypto lending space, both centralized and decentralized, including market trends and competitors
• Feature Ownership: Shape the products that Curators, Institutions, and Pro Users rely on to manage risk and exposure on the protocol
• Collaboration: Work directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0‑to‑1 products from concept through launch

Requirements

• Product Experience: 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space
