About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD Europe BV and BYD Co., Ltd. It offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses, and forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of electric vehicle projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively engage in product localization projects in the French market, helping to identify market requirements and uncover consumer insights to develop products meeting target audience needs.
  2. Handle product requests from stakeholders such as user groups, dealers, and local authorities or associations. Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Business Planning, and Marketing teams to convert requests into product implementations aligned with our strategy.
  3. Participate in local product campaigns, such as test drive events and user engagement activities, to refine product propositions and increase awareness among potential customers.
  4. Provide local market analysis, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to European and France NSC teams, aiding in marketing strategy development.
  5. Support activities like compliance testing and product training during the early stages of new passenger car model launches in Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance and trade requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry (OEM experience is a plus)
  • Strong passion for products, curiosity about innovation, and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus
