OECD is seeking a Product Engineer to strengthen its ITS web services. You will lead product discovery, author specifications, and design accessible interfaces using a modern TypeScript stack (React/Next.js).

You will contribute to the evolution of pension, compensation, and other digital services for international organisations. The role requires collaboration across cross-cultural teams, production-grade web development, and adherence to OECD security standards within a 24-month fixed-term

Qualifications

University degree in computer science, information technology, human-computer interaction or a closely related discipline.

Responsabilités

Lead product discovery with ISRP business units and stakeholders by facilitating workshops and modelling user journeys.
Author functional specifications and acceptance criteria through to sign-off and user acceptance testing.
Design accessible, user-centred interfaces for web applications in line with WCAG/RGAA standards.
Develop, test and ship full-stack web applications on a modern TypeScript stack.
Coordinate with internal and external service providers on integrations and deployments.
