The OECD is seeking a Product Engineer to strengthen its ISRP digital services, focusing on web applications built on a modern TypeScript stack. You will lead product discovery with stakeholders, author functional specifications, and help design accessible user interfaces for pension administration, compensation and benefits, surveys and legal documents.

Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, information technology, human–computer interaction or a closely related discipline.
- Proven production experience building, shipping and operating web applications.
- Experience leading product discovery with non‑technical stakeholders and writing functional specs.
Responsabilités
- Lead product discovery with ISRP business units and stakeholders; model user journeys for core applications.
- Author functional specifications and acceptance criteria; drive sign‑off and user testing.
- Design accessible, user‑centred interfaces and develop full‑stack web applications on a TypeScript stack.
- Coordinate with internal/external service providers for integrations and deployments.
