Job summary

Mistral seeks a seasoned product leader to own the strategy for Studio, guiding AI-driven enterprise solutions. You will shape the roadmap, observe AI behavior, and deploy safely across hybrid environments while leading a growing PM organization.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver value and set the cadence for quarterly reviews, roadmaps, and customer-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for technical platforms and enterprise AI.
• Experience building developer-focused products and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to hire and grow senior PMs and set clear cadences.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize Studio's product vision, strategy and goals.
• Build and lead the Studio PM organization and growth paths.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance quick wins with long-term bets.
• Drive strategic customer discovery and align cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Marketing on positioning, pricing and launches.
• Ensure unified customer journey across teams.
