Job Description:

Product Development - Performance Lead (Scrum & Performance)

About the role:

Drive development project execution through Agile methods for all projects assigned to the Compiègne Development Center, including OTC, Food Supplement, and other statuses, for internal or external development with a CDMO.

  • Ensure project milestones are defined and achieved timely, and calculate workload capacity.
  • Follow Agile frameworks for project development, securing milestone deliveries, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Support communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Regularly communicate tracking KPIs to DC leaders.
  • Escalate issues promptly when necessary.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and track end-to-end project planning, including resources and budgets.
  • Educate teams in Scrum and Agile practices and facilitate adoption.
  • Track project progress using SMARTSHEET and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate across DC areas to ensure effective communication and budget management.
  • Identify and propose process improvements focusing on added value.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Agile Scrum Master, PMI, Lean, or similar qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Pharma or Consumer Goods industries.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in French (verbal and written).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Technical skills:

  • Experience in Innovation processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile methods.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Facilitation, continuous improvement, transparency, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
