Description du poste

Mission: 1 Year Temp Mission starting June 2025

The person will have to:

  1. Manage the development and execution of title properties in how they turn up across all categories with a focus on food & beverage.
  2. Manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of creative tools, such as mood boards, product mockups, and other materials needed to assist in driving the creative direction of products from infant to adult.
  3. Partner with licensees and retailers to drive innovation and gather feedback from concept to final product approval, ensuring brand vision, design quality, and product integrity.
  4. Manage and maintain product approvals in a timely manner through the internal product approval system.
  5. Build and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams such as Licensing, MSD, and Retail Marketing to support the overall brand vision.
  6. Align with key stakeholders across content creators, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing, and regional marketing teams where applicable to maximize the impact of our strategies.

What are we looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in directing creative vision for food and beverage product development categories, with either vertical or entertainment/licensed brands or retail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors and agencies in soliciting creative projects and deliverables.
