Summary of our opportunity

The Associate Director will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of new products across strategies (e.g., private credit, infrastructure, secondaries, real assets). Working closely with investment teams, distribution, legal, compliance, and operations, the Associate Director will help shape and deliver innovative solutions tailored to institutional and wealth-management clients globally.

This position requires strong project-management skills, deep understanding of fund structures and regulations, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
  • Lead and support the structuring and launch of new alternative investment products (e.g., closed-end funds, evergreen vehicles, feeders).
  • Analyze competitor products, market trends, and investor demand to identify opportunities for innovation.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with colleagues across investment teams, marketing/client relations, operations, compliance, tax, and legal to ensure smooth execution of product launches.
Strategic Initiatives & Governance
  • Contribute to strategic product initiatives supporting global distribution priorities.
  • Prepare and present materials for internal governance committees and senior management.
  • Ensure alignment with cross-border distribution requirements.
Project & Resource Management
  • Manage multiple projects across regions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts/associates within the team.
  • Support the continuous improvement of product development processes and frameworks.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in product development, structuring, or legal/compliance within asset management, private markets, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of alternative fund structures (AIF, UCI Part II, ELTIF, SICAV, LPs, feeders, co-investments).
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg fund regimes; understanding of global distribution frameworks.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English required.
