We seek a talented Product Designer to join our 11-member Design team on a permanent basis, open to Mid-level and Senior applicants.

Product Designers at Akeneo play a crucial role, from shaping product vision to crafting detailed designs. You will own the design of exciting products, leveraging AI/ML technologies.

You will work in a dedicated squad, collaborating closely with product management and engineering daily to deliver value to our users.

Your missions include:

1. Leading product design activities from discovery to delivery, defining plans and methods, and coordinating squad efforts.
2. Leading user research end-to-end, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, with support from our User Researchers.
3. Designing sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI collaboratively with your squad and users.
4. Working closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience.
5. Co-designing with your squad and peers, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
6. Contributing to our Design Ops and improving our workflows.
7. Ensuring design consistency through our Design System to enhance user experience across our products.
8. Promoting design internally and externally, increasing the design maturity of the business, and contributing to external brand presence through blogging, podcasts, etc.

Qualifications include:

• At least 4+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product design, with strong qualitative research skills and co-creation methods.
• Significant experience in B2B software environments.
• Fluent in English, capable of conducting research and presenting to English-speaking teams.
• Growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
