Job Description

Within the digital team, you work collaboratively. An innovation support team inspires you and participates in renewing methodological approaches through frameworks, templates, supports, guidelines, a community, and training in the most advanced remote approaches in your profession.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the development of innovative projects;
2. Interact with various stakeholders in design (PO, PM, Data, Dev, UX/UI);
3. Conduct user interviews and observations;
4. Perform UX/UI audits of existing tools;
5. Define personas, user journeys, and all elements of experience modeling;
6. Facilitate creative and collaborative workshops (Design Thinking);
7. Influence sponsors and business leads based on desired directions for the solution;
8. Enjoy working in an Agile methodology context, using collective intelligence and exploration approaches like Design Thinking;
9. Be proactive in proposing approaches and stay alert to methodological and experiential innovations.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Higher education background with at least 4 years of experience in an UX/UI role.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Confluence, GitLab is appreciated.

Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. You are part of an adventure with real resources to imagine, design, and deploy innovation. You are an advocate of "Design Thinking" and "Lean Startup" methodologies.

Fluent English is required.
