Purpose

As an Analyst Programmer, your role will involve receiving, analyzing, and transforming customer needs into functionalities and industrial production data via our internal systems. Your programming skills will be essential to deliver these functionalities to our production teams.

You will analyze customer specifications and industrial needs, set up, improve, and test services in our personalization systems, and coordinate with production teams to ensure the delivery of products and services in accordance with quality and security standards.

Key Missions
  1. Own responsibility for the customer products' technical setup and configuration (new products or change requests).
  2. Review and conduct feasibility analyses for new project specifications, offering professional suggestions that conform to industrial standards and mass production capabilities.
  3. Interface with stakeholders during the Profile Design process—from customer request to validation (including product design, system tests, integration tests, user acceptance tests, and customer approval).
  4. Ensure full product consistency, including compatibility of all offer services (Profile Design, Chip Personalization, Data Preparation, Artwork, Card Fulfillment, On-card Graphical Personalization, Packaging, etc.).
  5. Verify that product configurations align with customer requirements, production environment criteria (machines, tools), and scheme requirements.
  6. Ensure adherence to internal development processes and guidelines to meet customer quality expectations.
  7. Ensure project and product design meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
  8. Ensure development respects quality and compliance criteria (both schemes and IDEMIA standards).
  9. Support Engineering Management and Quality teams through participation in process improvement activities, project reviews, and customer requirements definition.
  10. Troubleshoot technical issues during product design or mass production, report, follow up, and contribute to resolution.
  11. Contribute to training and onboarding of new team members, including technical training on tools, technology, and best practices.
  12. Work under close supervision on low-complexity projects.
  13. Handle routine problems that may require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
  14. Communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation.
Profile & Other Information
  • Degree in computer science (minimum 2 years of higher education) with programming experience.
  • Experience in a dynamic production environment with multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and rigorous skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent French is required; intermediate English skills (mainly written) are a plus.
  • Confidentiality and integrity are essential.
  • Working hours: Daytime, non-teleworking position.
  • Salary range: 30k-36k (depending on profile).
